Studio Aeka Digital Private Limited ("Studio Aeka", "we", "our") is a private limited company registered in Maharashtra, India (CIN: U73100MH2025PTC). This policy explains what information we collect when you use studioaeka.com, and how we handle it.

2. What we collect

Information you give us — name, email, company, project details when you submit our contact form or email us.
Usage data — basic, anonymised analytics: pages viewed, referrer, country, device type.
Cookies — strictly necessary cookies for site functionality and, optionally, analytics cookies you can opt out of.

3. How we use it

We use the information to reply to your enquiry, deliver work we've agreed to, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad-tracking pixels. We do not enrich your data through third-party data brokers.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers we need to operate (email, hosting, analytics), each bound by their own privacy commitments. We never share project details with anyone outside Studio Aeka without your written consent.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years afterwards for legal and tax purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Write to privacy@studioaeka.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to client data is restricted to the project team. No system is perfect, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll note it at the top of the page and, for material changes, contact you directly if we have a relationship.
